You will be partnered with a dedicated Velaris implementation manager who will scope your systems, map your data, handle migration from your existing tool and set up your integrations. All we need from you is access to your systems and your guidance on alignment calls.
Our AI features automate typical CS busywork and surface critical information to the right people at the right time, so that no one has to chase or dig for updates.
CS teams that adopt Velaris typically save 5 -10 hours a week per CSM.
After migrating all your data to the Velaris platform, it is then synthesized in a secure knowledgebase that powers our AI. Whenever you ask our AI a question, or ask it to complete an action, it will use the information in the knowledgebase to generate tailored outputs for you.
